Do you deliver to my country?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. If you have a preferred logistics partner, do let us know and it can be arranged accordingly.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
For a 40HQ shipping container, it can hold 64 assembled caskets.
For a 20ft shipping container, it can hold about 27 assembled caskets.
With a minimum of 5 per casket design.
Can my order mix both metal and wood caskets?
Yes, you can mix both metal and wood caskets in your order.
Do you have a sample order policy?
We do accept sample orders, however, it is more costly to make just one sample. There will be a 10% surcharge to cover the additional manufacturing costs and also $30 for plywood packaging instead of standard cardboard box.
What is the lead time for production and shipping?
Upon confirmation of order and receving the down payment, depending on the production schedule, it will usually take around 40 days to complete prodcution and another 20 days to ship the container to your nearest port.
Do you offer consignment for your caskets?
Unfortunately, we do not offer consignment for our caskets.
What are the additional fees that I should be aware of when ordering the casket?
Other than the cost of the caskets. There is also ocean freight, port handling fees, local delivery/trucking fees, custom duties (if applicable). These cost vary from country to country, if you require assistance on this, do check with our team.
